The discography of Nickelback, a Canadian stone ring, consists of 9 studio albums, ii compilation albums, 1 extended play (EP), 44 singles, 5 video albums and 32 music videos. Formed in Hanna, Alberta in 1995 past Chad Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger and Brandon Kroeger,[1] the band issued its debut album Adjourn in 1996 through non-profit organisation Gene, followed past a self-released follow-up The Land in 1998.[ii] That year, Ryan Vikedal took over on drums after a brief tenure for Mitch Guindon.[three] In tardily 1999 the group signed with Roadrunner Records, who issued The State internationally early the next year.[iv] The album reached number 130 on the US Billboard 200.[5] Four singles were issued from The State, with the first 3 all registering on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock nautical chart.[half dozen]
